#1 Search Budget

The Search Budget procedure has been created to enable the user to search easily previously inserted budgets in order to view, to edit and to delete them, if necessary. Through the Search Budget procedure it is possible to perform all necessary operations about document, after having obtained the necessary user’s rights.

The Search Budget procedure consists as follows:

RIBBON BAR: it represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions about a pre-existing document, rather than to create a new one. The list of features is the following:

Function	Meaning
Search Budget	Button to apply search filters within database of the inserted budgets
New Budget	It refers to the procedure to insert a new budget
Edit Budget	It refers to the procedure to edit a previously inserted budget.
View Budget	It refers to the procedure to view a previously inserted budget
Delete Budget	It performs the procedure to delete a previously inserted budget

FILTER AREA: the filter are contains the list of possible data types thanks to which it is possible to perform a selection, a research on total budgets inserted. Typically filters have always 'AND' condition and it is possible to specify more search filter at the same time.

RESULT GRID: the result grid represents the list of budgets which correspond to filter data, above mentioned. After having specified values through to obtain a budget search, the user, by clicking on the [Search Budget] button, will obtain the list of desired budget on the result grid.
